Agent License ID: 734794
Anthony Sharp is a REALTOR® and U.S. Air Force veteran with Sharp Realty Group, brokered by Real Broker, LLC (TX license #734794). He served 9 years as an enlisted U.S. Air Force NCO, PCSing five times, deploying twice and completing multiple TDYs and overseas tours. He and his wife Tania, also an Air Force veteran, served mil-to-mil at Yokota AB and Incirlik AB before PCSing to Randolph AFB in 2015. After separating, he worked as a GS-12 in Army medical facility management, then earned his Texas real estate license in January 2020. He lives in Cibolo, Texas, holds the National Association of REALTORS® Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification, and focuses on three kinds of clients: military families relocating to Joint Base San Antonio, VA and new-construction buyers, and sellers in Cibolo, Schertz and Selma.
Anthony has helped more than 100 military families with PCS moves to JBSA-Randolph, JBSA-Lackland, JBSA-Fort Sam Houston and Camp Bullis. His process starts with the report date and works backward: gate-specific commute planning, live video tours for buyers still at their current duty station, a BAH-to-payment comparison, and a VA timeline that typically closes in 25–35 days.
For new-construction buyers, he registers clients on the first builder visit, compares the builder's preferred-lender incentive against outside VA lenders, and flags MUD and PID taxes on the exact lot. For sellers, he prices from closed comps, days on market and percent under list, and sets the decision date up front.
His style is straight talk backed by numbers. Every plan ends with a specific recommendation and a next step.
